Our Programs & Services
- Sliding Fee Program
A Sliding Fee Discount Program is provided to eligible individuals regardless of their ability to pay. Qualification will be determined by the amount of household members and the annual household income. All individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty guidelines will qualify for a sliding fee discount. In order for you to receive a reduced fee you must provide proof of income. Payments for discounted office visits, labs, radiology or ECG is requested at the time of service.
Medical Scholarships
The Broad Top Area Medical Center, INC. gives Annual Medical Scholarship Awards to two graduating seniors who have been accepted and enrolled in a course of study related to the health field.
Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
Programs
WIC is a special supplemental nutrition program, federally funded by the United States Department of Agriculture. The program is designed for infants, children under age 5, and women who are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding. WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, health care referrals and nutritious foods at no cost.
The WIC Program in our area is managed by Broad Top Area Medical Center.

All requests for prescriptions and refills should be made during regular routine office visits.
- 340B Federal Drug Discount Program
Broad Top Area Medical Center is pleased to have joined the 340B Federal Drug Discount Program.
Patients may elect to use the BTAMC 340B contracted pharmacy network. BTAMC has a medication assistance program to allow qualified patients to pay less for prescriptions.
