All individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty guidelines will qualify for a sliding fee discount. In order for you to receive a reduced fee you must provide proof of income. Payments for discounted office visits, labs, radiology or ECG is requested at the time of service.
- 340B Drug Program
Broad Top Area Medical Center is pleased to have joined the 340B Drug Program. The program requires drug manufacturers to provide patients of the medical center with prescription medication at significantly reduced prices (discounts typically range between 15% to 60% on their prescription costs).
Patients with commercial insurance and Medicare can use one of our participating pharmacies to qualify for a reduced to zero copay. Any patient without insurance will pay a significantly lower price for their prescription.

The program is designed for infants, children under age 5, and women who are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding.
