We provide this integrated care approach because we understand that your primary care provider can and should be a consistent resource for finding help when you aren’t feeling well—whether physically or emotionally.
Our health care team includes staff who are experts in helping people cope with life’s challenges. We have behavioral health consultants, care coordinators, and others who provide services to assist with stress management; treat depression and anxiety; help with sleep difficulties, chronic illness, or pain issues; and a wide range of other common problems.
